Loretta D. Reeves - President and Director
Loretta has performed national property development activities for a variety of national companies including Darden Restaurants, Inc., and Pilot Oil Company. Loretta has more than 25 years of experience in commercial property development. She has been involved with national roll-outs and major re-branding programs, as well as day-to-day program development efforts. Education: BA University of Tennessee-Urban Studies.

Robert J. Vint - Vice President Operations
Bob's responsibilities include project management, site development and office operations.His background includes more than 25 years of experience as program director and administrator with a major health care provider with considerable experience in development of medical facilities nationwide. Specific expertise in the areas of land use planning and conformance regulations. Bob is a Director of the Florida Self Storage Association. Education: BS University of Iowa, MS University of Minnesota, QSA (MHA) Virginia Public Health System, VCU, CCDP University of Minnesota.

Martin Holland - Vice President Development Operations
Martin has led our Tidewater office in Hampton, Virginia and primarily works in the areas of restaurant development and land use planning. Martin was previously employed as a project manager for more than 20 years with Siemens and was active in the TQM program.

Steven Roberts - Vice President Concept Design and Branding
Steven practices architecture in New York City and has been the design architect on more than 100 projects for national and local restaurant companies. He has worked extensively in interior design, restaurant concepting and branding. Education: B.A. Wesleyan University, M. Arch. Yale University.

Alan C. Ackerberg - Vice President Development and Construction
Alan has been involved in all aspects of real estate development since 1980. He has extensive experience as a developer, general contractor and owner of real estate assets. His experience encompasses land development, new construction, acquisitions, dispositions, heavy remodeling, repositioning assets and tenant improvement work including restaurants, retail, commercial, office, land development and multi-family projects. Education: B.S. Chemical Engineering, University of Minnesota Institute of Technology.

Steve Hale - Program Manager
Steve manages the L.D. Reeves and Associates, Inc. San Francisco office and works primarily in site development in the West and Midwest. Steve was formerly West Coast Site Development Administrator for GMRI/Darden. Steve has more than 18 years experience in site development and more that 20 years experience in construction and program management. Steve is based near San Francisco, CA and supervises West Coast operations. Education: BA University of California.

Michele Wright - Program Manager
Michele works out of the Mid-Atlantic region and conducts nationwide property development activities. She has over 20 years experience in real estate, finance and development specializing in resolution of design and historic preservation issues, ADA Compliance, conducts successful conflict resolution roundtable discussions and has excellent negotiation skills. As a state level speaker for a Virginia government agency and an associate professor at a community college, Michele's presentation skills were perfected making her the ideal presenter for a developer's most challenging project.

Leigh Morgan - Program Manager
Leigh manages the Pei Wei Asian Diner program and has over 10 years of experience as a project manager for a variety of planning and development projects, Leigh is a certified Floodplain Manager and her previous projects have included reconnaissance reports and feasibility studies for water resource development projects and ecosystem restoration projects, hazard mitigation planning studies, floodplain management ordinance development and review, and building code consistency analysis. She has prepared numerous manuals, forms, and guidebooks to assist community officials and state agencies with permitting and ordinance administration. B.A. - University of Virginia, Economics and History. M.S. - University of South Carolina, Geography.

Tom Swain - Development Associate
Tom has been working in site development for the past four years in our northern California office, primarily coordinating utility issues, construction issues and certificate of occupancy requirements. Tom was previously a manager in the government storage fabrication industry. He attended Solana College.

Jill acts as office manager, coordinating financial transactions, human resources, employee benefits, corporate records, data retention, and facilities management.
